Payment Policy

The service fee covers consultation, document review, visa application guidance, and submission support.
Full payment must be made before services commence.
Payments are non-transferable to another applicant.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Policy: The service fee is non-refundable once services have begun, as it covers administrative costs and consultation.
Partial Refunds: A 50% refund may be granted if the applicant cancels within 24 hours of making payment and has not received any services.
Full Refunds: A full refund will only be considered if the application cannot proceed due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect documentation guidance provided by us).

Reapplication Policy

If an application is denied due to missing or incorrect documents, we offer one free re-evaluation of the case.
If a student wishes to reapply, an additional service fee may apply.

Processing Time and Responsibility

The average processing time for student visas is 2 weeks, but delays may occur based on embassy requirements.
We do not guarantee visa approval; decisions are made solely by the immigration authorities.
We are not liable for rejections based on personal applicant factors (e.g., insufficient funds, false documents, missing requirements).

Rescheduling and Changes

If an applicant wishes to change institutions before submission, an additional administrative fee may apply.
If the applicant misses deadlines or fails to submit required documents on time, we are not responsible for delays.
